This book is a wonderful way to raise spirtual vibration. Elizabeth Prophet explains in a simple but profound way about how negativity can can get stuck in your being like tar, weighing you down. Alas! There is a simple but very effective way to cleanse yourself and raise your vibration-the violet flame. Like cleaning your teeth it's a very easy habit to include in your daily routine to cleanse yourself through and through and keep you healthy. Elizabeth Prophet in this book even shows how the violet flame has helped heal physical problems. It seems the experience is unique to each person who uses the violet flame but I will tell you that from my short experience I've already noticed more harmony and more flow in my life. No mind blowing results for me but rather quiet nudges from the universe that show me that the violet flame is working.
I also like the part about the violet flame can be used to heal not only on a small scale but on a very large scale- meaning the entire Earth! Thank you Ms. Prophet for bringing this experience to me!
I also suggest Doreen Virtue as a spiritual author to read. Her books about Angels and Ascended Masters is wonderful!

I have just finished this book and am very impressed with it!! I have only just started to work with it, but I can feel the energy surround me. It's a beautiful thing. I would recommend this to anyone looking to heal themselves or healers in general. It's a wonderful book with alot to offer anyone.

This is a great little introduction to teachings from one of the ascended masters Saint Germain.

Has lots of decrees (the term "affirmation" would be easier for people to understand in my opinion). When saying or thinking these decrees, it causes the body to release another set of chemicals that are good for yout emotional ,mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Ms. Prophet likes working with the violet color of the spectrum. I prefer working with the gold light but that is only my preference from years of maditation.

This book was easy to read and understand and includes prayers & meditations you can try out right away. They seem to work. Could use more colored pictures.

This book will truly inspire you to go inside yourself , realizing your have, without a doubt, a flame

of pure intent at the very core of your being. It's a light, yet more like a flame that absolutely does not

die out at any time. It is God-given. It is actually the cause of all creativity, it is the pure energy of heaven

itself. Becoming aware of this, as you meditate and contemplate on this Truth, can make you want to shout

for joy to your Creator. When you are praying for someone , give thanks immediately that he or she also

came onto holy Mother the Earth with this fllame and that it is this that unites us all in a divine unity.

Love this gift in yoursellf! Feel chosen. Love all that is.

There is a lot of literature concerning the Violet Flame by many authors. This book is the most concise and practical of the books about the subject. A small paperback with only 100 pages (the other 8 pages mentioned are ads for other books). There are case studies and interviews to help get a feeling of how this method could work and what other people have experienced. I have worked with the method and have experienced good results from doing it. I have some reservations about some of the traditions that use this method, as some seem dogmatic and overzealous at times, but the method does seem to work well for clearing a lot of karmas. I have a few personal doubts that it can help unravel complex psychological knots, but I suspect that it would at least soften these karmas and make it easier for other deeper methods to complete the task. There is a section on invoking protection before using this method which I highly recommend, because when you burn away karmas you do become open and vulnerable psychic influences. I am happy the book has a section on this.

The violet flame is a very powerful spiritual technique that was taught by St. Germain to Guy Ballard in the 1930s in the "I AM" dispensation by the Ascended Host.
Since then, more has been revealed through subsequent dispensations and organisations and all of this is neatly summarized in this pocket-sized booklet. The origin, purpose and many examples of how to use the violet flame are clearly described.
The Prophets (Mark and Elizabeth) have published a great number of books as messengers for the Ascended Host for the "Summit Lighthouse" dispensation and this is certainly one of the best.

A quick and easy read, but with exercises that can be practised for a lifetime. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the different affirmations Prophet incorporated in this book. I feel like she explained the benefits of using the violet flame and gave a variety of ways to do it. I have integrated this into my everyday life and I have felt a dramatic difference in my energy. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for positive affirmations and a new method to help change your energetic vibration.

Beaitiul book that teache us how to change our world, how to forgive others, and transmute our karma and the karma we have with others, just as the book say how to heal body, mind and soul
