This is a great book! It has ten interesting and exciting swing tunes. The songs range from a slow swing all the way up a very energetic swing. It comes with a printed piano part AND a CD accompaniment. The music is clear and easy to read. This book is great fun for any violinist from intermediate level on up, who wants to try a different style of violin playing. Maybe you could get your family to learn swing, so they can dance while you play! This series also comes in clarinet, flute, saxophone, and trumpet. I had, and am still having, a lot of fun with this book!
