Aaron Rosand's masterful interpretations of these beloved melodies are a surprising pleasure in a CD that is so inexpensive. I especially like the Bach Air and Massenet's Meditation, which are so moving they take my breath away. And the Kreisler pieces and Hungarian Dances are fantastic fun. . .

Wonderful music, March 4, 2007

and perfect for the end of a long, hard day. It can put me at ease like no other sounds I've ever heard.
Just one little mystery though... my vinyl copy, a monaural issue on the Vox label, shows the pianist to be Michal Walevski--no mention of anyone named Eileen Flissler.
