For the confident and fashionable, the Vionic Sophia from Orthaheel shoe looks flatout amazing no matter how its paired.
I dislocated my midfoot on my right foot almost 2 years ago resulting in a permanent plate with 5 screws in my foot, and it's difficult finding shoes that are comfortable enough to wear all day.
Love that these Vionic's look fashionable and not clunky like my others, but I have to say they sure make a difference in my knees.
It is worth it. I have a narrow heel too.
