This item has specs on paper that would put other more expensive photo frames to shame. The build quality is decent but that is where the decency stops. It took way too long to start playing the pics from my SD card. I had to remove it and reinsert a few times. Not a big deal but still annoying considering it is such a simple task. That is not the only place where it has short comings. The unit overexposes certain pictures but others appear dark. I selected the best pictures to test the unit. I have another frame that works well and the pictures I chose played very well on that frame. I tried to adjust the brightness but the remote would not work properly. I had to press the remote button like 20 times to get it to do anything.
As I said earlier the resolution is awesome but everything else sucks.
I returned it.

Controls as useful as some others that I've used. Side by side picture quality to another digital frame was lacking. Not able to get the look desired on photos that looked excellent on another frame.

Bought two of these for Christmas and they were a big hit! I found the menus a little odd but I figured it out by pressing the remote buttons. If you didn't scan photos with a high resolution you will notice a decline in quality when the image fills the screen. The shuffle is good and you can adjust the time that each image appears on the screen.

Were not able to load any files onto internal memory as stated, returned for a refund.
