5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome TV amazing!
Wow - very happy with this TV. I had a small LCD TV in my bar - an aging 15" and wanted something just a tiny bit bigger. I wasn't expecting the leap in image quality from the same video source though thanks to the more expensive TFT screen on this model. The blacks are deeper, the colors finer and the image quality is much sharper. Don't be put off by the 800:1 contrast...

Don't be put off by the 800:1 contrast ratio either; this figure is the static contrast ratio amount and is not the fluffed-up much higher dynamic contrast ratio that most other TV manufacturers' specs boast. 800:1 is more than enough for a 22" TV - in fact most movie theaters only operate on a contrast ratio of 500:1 so I applaud the makers for showing the actual static figure.

There's a plethora of inputs including HDMI, SPDIF and a pure analog VGA input so this could easily double up as PC monitor too. A large extensive remote and the low price seals the deal for me.

i bought this TV from walmart about 8 months ago for $260 and i am very pleased with it. TV tuner picks up all my local channels with an antenna of course. i've used the HDMI with both a PS3 and 360 and both look amazing on it outputting in 1080p. i'm currently using the VGA port on it as a monitor as well for my computer in resolution 1360 x 768 and it looks amazing as well. i'd say if you looking for a good multi-purpose HDTV for a small bedroom this would be perfect and at $218 on here it's a better buy then what i paid for it.

5.0 out of 5 stars You Won't Be Sorry With This One., December 14, 2009

I purchased this item, it was delivered in less than 5 days. The picture is so clear and bright. The contrast is excellent. It looks as good if not better than a Sony. You will love this TV and you won't beleive it cost you hardly anything. Set up was easy, right out the box. All you have to do is connect the cable and plug in the wall then let the TV find all the cable channels through the menu. That's it. The only difference is that the TV I received has a matte finish (frame) not shiny as in the picture on this site.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great TV, February 2, 2010
This review is from: Viore LC22VH55 22-Inch 720p LCD HDTV, Black (Electronics)
I bought two of these TV's for Christmas presents for my kids. Both work great and in my opinion have a very good picture. So far, one has developed a very small green dot in the middle of the screen where a pixel has obviously stopped working, but once a full pictures comes up, it is not visible. The sound is OK on both TV's especially for their size. I really like the fact that the TV's offers so many options for external devises. Both are now hooked up to their computers so that they can watch on-line movies and youtube clips, very cool. I will note that as others have said, the placement of the ports make it difficult to connect cords such as VGA and HDMI cords, but once they are connected, they work fine. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a budget HiDef TV for a bedroom or dorm room!

I purchased this TV for the bedroom. To be honest, I never heard of Viore before ordering it, but it was the best price for the size I wanted. The picture quality is just as good as more expensive models, and in fact I just bought a 42-inch Viore for my gameroom.

I like the TV, the picture and sound are pretty decent. I would have expected a crisper picture for the small size, but the viewing angle is a lot better than another 19 Insignia LCD that I own. The TV remote is not compatiable with my Comcast box, but I have a universal remote with learning abilities. It's definately a great TV for a bedroom and it's extremely light. When you turn the TV on it takes a will to turn on or boot up etc... It appears to go through a short starup test. I have the TV hooked up via the HDMI to a cable box, so I can not comment on channel tuning abilities or over the air signal etc...

For the price, this is an excellent t.v. Very easy to hook up. I am more than satisfied. Also, the price at Amazon was the cheapest and I got free shipping besides.
