Now the truth is, beyond that the mouse worked perfectly and I do game a lot, as well as my work is 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, at home on the computer. So It's fair to say I use the mouse for around 12 hours a day or around 80 hours a week.
Also a side note, the color ends at about 5/6 of the length of the mouse, so really only part of the mouse is colored, and it's pulsating not constant. Also left click and right click sensors begin 2/5 of the way up the mouse, so if you have larger hands it is obscenely easy for accidental clicks (pretty much any pressure above where the dps switch begins results in accidental clicks.
But all in all, lets be honest, if you want a casual budget mouse for 20 dollars, I can actually recomend it for the price point, as I am currently looking at 60-90 dollars for a real quality gaming mouse like a razer or logitech.
So in short, I give it 1 star for appearance, and 1 star for comfortability, but no star for longevity, no star for smoothness (very rough dpi transitions), the side buttons are WAY too sensitive and too easy to click on accident, so no star for layout design. 2/5
It's pretty, so if you don't use it much and just want to look at it, it's a good mouse. If you need one that performs without extra fumbling, and occasionally pulling the mouse buttons out of their 'stuck' positions, it's okay.

The braided cable is pretty sweet. I roll over my cords alot with my computer chair and this braided cable takes a good beating (+1),MUCH better than my last mouse (which died due to this cable-rolling). I prefer this to switching to a wireless (see: dead batteries mid-game) mouse.
Overall a solid mouse with an upgraded cable and neato blinky lights.

I have very large hands and this mouse fits very nicely into my hand. The pulsating feature is also very cool, and for this price I highly recommend.Published 21 months ago by Nate MacInnes
