Olio Taibi is the best olive oil in the world. Light, flavorful, great texture - it's perfect. We buy it by the case and use it exclusively.

I've tried dozens of "high-end" olive oils, maybe hundreds - and the Olio Taibi Nocellara is always, consistently, the best. I've sent it to friends, chefs, connoisseurs and created devotees around the world. Get some, now.

5.0 out of 5 stars Clean, robust flavor!, May 21, 2009
This review is from: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Certified Organic, Monocultivar Nocellara (Pack of 6) (Misc.)
This oil is delicious! Just tonight I enjoyed some handmade ravioli with Olio Taibi Nocellara and a bit of fresh ground reggiano parmigiano. This oil has a delightful, robust flavor--not too strong for pasta.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent EVO, May 18, 2009
This review is from: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Certified Organic, Monocultivar Nocellara (Pack of 6) (Misc.)
It's great to find a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil available for Amazon Prime. Even better that it's something I used to buy when I was in Boston and couldn't get out here in the middle of the state. This should be your EVO pantry staple. It's a terrific addition to dressings, on a sandwich or just for dipping some crusty bread. Just had it on a sandwich with Parmesan, Arugula & Bresoala - it's super tasty.

This is by far the best olive oil I have tasted since living in Italy for a year. I use it in almost all of my cooking and it truly adds an extra dimension to all of my dishes. It also makes a wonderful gift. Instead of a bottle of wine, I often bring a bottle of Olio Taibi to friends' houses and it's always a much appreciated (and long lasting!) host/ess gift. I just sent a case of this to my parents and they can't stop raving about it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Our favorite oil!, April 3, 2009

We've been buying Olio Taibi for years now at stores in the Boston area and it's far and away our favorite olive oil. The Nocellara has a lovely grassy flavor with a noticeable peppery bite on the finish. It's reminiscent of the high-end Tuscan oils that cost two to three times more--although I think it also has a slightly buttery quality that the Tuscans lack. We buy the stuff by the case. I'm happy to see it being offered on Amazon.
