This is nothing different from the regular coconut oil in the grocery store, although it is actually HIGHER in calories than the organic type I buy locally, and considerably more expensive. I was upset that it came with NO directions on usage for appetite suppression, which is how they are selling it. I had to look the item up again to find out how to use it.... all I got was the bottle of coconut oil - no directions! Next time I'll just but it from my local grocer, save some money in the process, and also be using a product that is LOWER in calories. Somewhat of a rip-off if you ask me....
