This review is from: The Virgin and the Outlaw (Silhouette Intimate Moments, No 857) (Paperback)
If you like the Alpha male hero whose control is near perfect until...he meets the strong, but not sexually confident heroine, try this. Rafe Stormwalker is a man who needs no one for long. He runs his life on a system of paybacks: good for good, evil for evil. Gillian Appleby's goal is to own her own plane and start her own air charter business. After a forced landing in the Mexican wilderness, goals get a little skewed. The language and description in this is excellent. The romance is romantic. The lovers are people I cared about. I love the line, FLY THE PLANE, when Gillie is trying to save their lives. It's what every pilot is told: don't sweat the small stuff...fly the plane! Eileen Wilks flew the plane. Great take-off, great landing!

Indiana Jones,

This review is from: The Virgin and the Outlaw (Silhouette Intimate Moments, No 857) (Paperback)
If you like "Indiana Jones" type adventure, then this book is for you. The steamy jungle, the smells of Mexican villages, the dark, mysterious underground world of the seamier side of town. Gilly lived all over the world with her father and knew her way around. She was sassy, smart and knew who to go when the going got rough. Rafe was the strong, rugged ex-Special Agent who knew how to survive in the wilderness. Together they made an unbeatable team.
