In Williamsburg there is a Road of Bed&Breakfasts.Hidden behind those Lovely Facades is Great Cuisine.Honest Virginia Food that has as much Charm as Any Other State's.Was really astounded by the Varieties of Foods.Virtually Anything You'd Imagine.A great Primer for Those Visiting Williamsburg.{Just,If Visiting Area,Check that the B&B is still Open.}The Food Will Draw You to Area as much As the Nostalgia that Is Williamsburg and All the other Beautifull Places. A State that has All Four Seasons.An opprotunity to be in a "Tony" area of Charlottesville and less than 2 hours at the Water of the Chesapeake Bay.Snow@Peaks of Otter and next You can Be in Virginia Beach with the Air Conditioner in Car on.It happened to Me!Sipping Hot Cocoa and then,80's in less han 3 hours.So many Places,variety of Cuisine.Heart of Our Country along with 12 Other States.This is a Cookery book to not miss.Check with other "Colonies" for Their Foods that set the "Tone" of America and Her "Melting Pot".{Think of Williamsburg,since It Has Been Such a Hub of 'Firsts' in this Country}.

We were given this book as a gift by Virginia friends. It has some delicious breakfast and brunch recipes - cheese grits, yum!
