These are butter toffee coated peanuts. And MAN are they good. They are also addictive.

I try to have nutty snacks and when I want something sweet, these do the trick. A little bit healthy and a little bit sweet. Great quality.

These are delicious. However there is a lot of sugar on the "crusty" covering. It's a sweet and salty taste, which is good; but people who need to stay away from either or both of those shouldn't buy this product. It says "Butter Toasted" but doesn't give much of a hint about the sugar and salt.

The best thing is that it is a very good purchase for the money. Keep a tin in your pantry if guests pop in. It also makes a great gift

Very good and crunchy. On my second can. Wonderful price for a large can.

I say this because these peanuts will go super fast once the members of your home realize how delicious these nuts are. Perfect crunchy texture and just the right amount of salt and sweet. What a great price too.

What can I say, I live in Virginia. Of course the best peanuts are grown here. If you are ever in Wakefield, Va look up the diner. If you can't, order several of these tins.

These are impossible to put down! I tried to eat just a few but ended up munching half the container <hangs head in shame>. They are gooood.

My husband bought these from my children's fundraiser. They came stuck together, but a quick tap of the container on the counter made them all fall apart. Butter toasted tastes like toffee coated -- sweet, hard, candy coated shell. Be prepared, they will disappear quickly.

These are by and large an excellent snack. They are a good value also if you need (or want) two-pound loads of snack food at one time. Very handy for large office parties.

The only reason I don't rate them as 5 star was that there was a substantial amount of "snack dust", as in maybe four or five ounces of crushed up material left over that was not useable. This reduces the value significantly. And, while a minor nit, the cans need an old-fashioned can opener to get at them and there is no "snap on" lid to cover up what is left if you're not using it all at one time.. I admit to being spoiled by modern pop-tops (and the accompanying "snap on" lids) and since I had ordered these for my office I was lucky to find a can opener tucked away in a back corner of my desk and brought in some large food storage bags for the unused portion.

Best peanuts ever! Makes a great thank you gift or just to send to a friend as a mood pick me up!

Oh My.....!!!

I love these Virginia Diner brand peanuts...and heres the first ones that I have tried that are Butter toasted.....deliciously Butter Toasted in a sweet ( but no too sweet !!) buttery coating.

Virginia Diner nuts are my favorite..they feature a very large peanut...that is always nice and crunchy..the way that I feel a fesh peanut should taste...not the greasy soft peanut that you get from other brands.

Anyway--here the toppings are just perfect...and I could roll them around on my tongue for quite a while before they'd begin to melt.

I love em...and I hope that you will too !!
