A Must Have for Every Longhorn Fan
This is a great throw. The logo is a large, embroidered patch that is sewn to the blanket. The patch quality is great. At this price I expected it to be a printed logo. The fleece is thick and tightly made, for lack of a better word, like a cross between a polar fleece and the soft stuff I think of when I see "fleece." It's heavier and more substantial than either sweats...

A blanket made with lead?
Great blanket if you want to cuddle up to lead. Purchased for my nephew (a Longhorn's fan) as a gift - when he received the blanket, he found this tag on the blanket - "WARNING: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling." Probably...

Great blanket if you want to cuddle up to lead.
Purchased for my nephew (a Longhorn's fan) as a gift - when he received the blanket, he found this tag on the blanket - "WARNING: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm. Probably not a big deal, since most people probably always wash their hands after using a blanket, and probably wouldn't let the blanket come in contact with their skin :( Returned the blanket - would be great if they could make this fleece blanket without the lead component. Until then, the seller should add the lead warning into the product info listing (or consider not selling). Sold through [...]

This is a great throw. The logo is a large, embroidered patch that is sewn to the blanket. The patch quality is great. At this price I expected it to be a printed logo. The fleece is thick and tightly made, for lack of a better word, like a cross between a polar fleece and the soft stuff I think of when I see "fleece." It's heavier and more substantial than either sweats material or the stuff most fluffy throws are made of, but it is soft and luxurious without being flimsy or "girlie." It will keep you warm when a blanket is too much but a light throw is not quit enough. the edges are well sewn, and it looks pretty durable. It would be great for either guys or gals. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know if it is color-fast, but the burnt orange is true to UT's colors.
I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I only wish it was available in the size of a blanket in addition to a throw. |
