5.0 out of 5 stars "JUSTICE SERVED 'HOT'" November 3, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
'Virtual Justice' is put together like a delicious omelet. Author, Mel Comley makes this installment in her 'Justice' series using a hefty dose of family, compassion, suspense, realistic characters (I love Lorne), and seasoned with a twisting, turning plot featuring two really bad folks. Oh, and the ending is excellent! I enjoy seeing justice served...
Again, as in each of Comley's novels, the pace, dialogue, and descriptions are spot-on. And the grammar and punctuation are 'top of the line'. Sandy high-fives to her editor.
I highly recommend 'Virtual Justice' and all of the series (in order) if you enjoy well-written, character-driven stories. "Thank you, Mel, for another page-turner that held my attention. Keep writin' and smilin'..."

5.0 out of 5 stars If I could give it 10 stars I would ! November 10, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
I have just finished reading Virtual Justice and I'm already missing Lorne. I read all the Justice series and I really loved this fantastic character with all her trials and tribulations in which she had to show her courage, perseverance and determination to solve the various personal problems and the often gruesome crime cases coming her way.

Virtual Justice is absolutely the best novel in the Justice Series. This indicates that the author's ever superb writing skills are always getting better and better with each novel. Ms Comley is really phenomenal and I don't know how she manages to weave together such brilliant, original plots which always end up in mind boggling, astonishing finales.

In Virtual Justice, users of Internet dating sites are falling preys to a killer who lures them to a first date with him . A woman approaches P.I. Lorne Warner to help her find her missing twin sister. After a few days the missing woman turns up dead. With the help of her ex partner DS Katy Foster, Lorne begins her investigation which quickly becomes more complicated as more bodies including a male victim turn up. Could the killer be a woman? or Are there more than one lurking predators?

I have read somewhere that this would be the last Justice novel, but I really am hoping that this is not true. I encourage Ms Comley to keep on entertaining us with more adventures involving Lorne and the other wonderful characters.

Thank you Ms Comley for all the amazing Justice series !!

5.0 out of 5 stars They Just Keep Getting Better November 9, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Lorne and her husband, Tony, who run a small PI business are contacted by the sister of woman who has been missing for several days. Lorne, with the help of her former DI partner, Katy, start an investigation when the woman is discovered murdered the next day. Another body appears and their investigation leads them to an internet dating site. The case becomes confused when the victims turn from female to male. Two killers? A bi-sexual? With an on-line shopping center of lonely people seeking that perfect companion, the killer has endless opportunities to hone his/her craft and satisfy an ever increasing appetite to kill. Can Lorne and Katy uncover the truth before another innocent dies?

A page-turner that will keep you entertained from the very first page. Grab some snacks, something to drink and turn off the phone. You're not going to want to put this one down until the very last page--and then you'll want more.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb Series! November 8, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
Virtual Justice is another superb addition the the Justice Series. It's a very intriguing read as it delves into some very dark places with the murders committed. Lorne gets caught up in hunt for a serial killer that's picking the victims from dating sites. It soon becomes apparent to the investigators that they are hunting a deadly couple when they find a male victim as well. The book also involves Lorne's husband and daughter Charlie. The twist at the end is outstanding and I didn't see it coming at all. Do yourself a huge favour and read this authors books, she's a great writer and this series just keeps on getting better.

5.0 out of 5 stars Book 7. Fantastic.... November 5, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
This has become one of those series of book's where i just can not wait for the next one.
Each one has just gotten better and better, and i know i have said it before but i didn't think it could get better.
I just seemed to have found myself really liking the characters, and constantly wanting to know more about them, the story in this one, was gripping, i read this over 2 nights as i just needed to know what was happening. But i can honestly say I was shocked when i realised who it was...............

No hesitation recommending this book, or this series...

5.0 out of 5 stars Addicted to Justice! November 8, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
This is book #7 in the Justice series and I am still just as excited reading these books as I was from the very first. So much has changed in Lorne's life since that first book, but Comley keeps the stories fresh and exciting, keeping the reader captivated from the very first pages to the very last paragraph. This time there is a predator on the internet, preying on people looking for love on line. Lorne is on top of her game, as always, with the help of husband Tony, Katy and some other familiar faces, hunting down the clues to lead her to an unbelievably exciting ending. The Justice series just keeps getting better and better. Can't wait for the next one!
