The pioneer of VIRT (Virtual Reality Immersion Therapy) tells in his own words his story of how this came be created, the medical basis for it, case studies and how it can apply to a wide variety of medical conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, drug addiction, PTSD, and a wide variety of psychosomatic illnesses. For those practicing this third generation form of psychotherapy, it is interesting to know the author came up with idea over 20 years ago. There is more to this story, as the author patented the method and is in litigation with the Government seeking compensation for Government use of his invention. I can't wait for the sequel!
