One of the aspects I like most about Cindy is that I can give her a project and with little or no guidance from me she can create massive results on a consistent basis. Without a doubt, I absolutely, positively could not run my successful business without her assistance and expertise. --Stephen Fairley, CEO, The Rainmaker Institute TheRainmakerInstitute.com

I've been a VA since January 2006 so I've read my fair share of VA books before. When I received my copy of Virtually Successful I was convinced it was 'just another VA book'. Imagine my surprise when I walked away armed with a bunch of information to implement and use in my business! Most of it was stuff I already knew but it was written in a way that suddenly made the 'light bulb' go off inside my head.
Whether you are a seasoned VA, beginner VA or someone thinking about starting a VA business I recommend Virtually Successful. The one thing I truly enjoyed about the book is that Cindy doesn't just share her story and say this is what you need to do. She provides exercises to do and checklists to follow.
Thanks to Cindy I've walked away with more confidence about my VA business. Confidence that I haven't felt in a long time! Thanks Cindy. --- Tishia Lee, TishiaSavesTime.com/
Cindy Greenway's book, Virtually Successful was full of great tips and advice. As a Virtual Assistant, still in my first year of business, it was great to confirm some of the things I am already doing well. Additionally, it pointed out area's I lack in, or can improve in, along with resources, making it easy to bookmark sites to do further research. The workbook type exercises really give you an oportunity to disect your VA business and see where you need to spread your time and energy. The book inspired me to "go at there and get'em" using new avenues and approaches in addition to the paths I already travel. Great Job, Cindy! --- Jennifer Smith, Eco Office Gals
Virtually Successful is a fantastic book for anyone looking to create a VA business or improve their existing VA business. The information inside is great; the exercises and checklists are the real meat of this book and where you'll get your biggest bang for your buck...if you do them and take them seriously.
Most interesting to me was the My Story portion, where I got to learn about how these tips actually worked in practice. It's so refreshing to see someone talk honestly about their successes, and more importantly their failures.
I learned a lot of new things in this book. The Pink Spoon for instance was a completely foreign term to me, but by the time I got done reading this book, I knew I needed to create my "pink spoon" to better focus my services on those that are REALLY interested.
One of the other things I thought was very helpful was the insights for building a VA business OFF-line. You have to master some of these basis in-person skills to be a successful virtual assistant, and this book offers some wonderful tips on how to capitalize on the offline efforts as well as the online.
After reading this book, I feel empowered to start a VA business...and to share this book with all my friends looking to change careers and move into the simple (but not easy) business of being a virtual assistant. --- Phil Gerbyshak, author of the critically acclaimed 10 Ways to Make It Great!, makeitgreatguy.com.

Virtually Successful is a must for any VA who wants to develop and maintain healthy client relationships. As a communication/relationship expert, I was floored to see that I was missing some key components that I needed to be implementing right away, before I created a revolving door. And let me just say that the Business and Marketing Mindset factors were right on target. ---LaTara Ham-Ying
