I am very happy I bought these videos. My vision had been getting steadily worse. Every few years, I had to get stronger and stronger glasses. I was really beginning to worry about my ability to get around in my old age. This video has changed all that.

The videos give a clear and simple explanation of vision therapy, also known as the Bates Method. The videos have eighteen different exercises. I have seen books on the subject, but no book has the graphics and exercises that these videos contain. It is a good price considering I got two long videos, an eye chart, and other tools. I have seen the same product in mail order catalogs for $100.

The videos included six different lessons. It was really easy to use because the exercises are grouped by lesson, so I didn't have to constantly start and stop my VCR.

The results were incredible. I started seeing improvements in just two weeks. Now that I've finished the six week program, I'm seeing at about 20/30. I started out at about 20/200. I'm doing a few extra exercises now, so I can get all the way to 20/20. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever worried about their eyesight.
