I was flipping through a bargain bin and came up with this winner. Carrie has a wonderfully rich voice. Her songs are thought provoking, and fun; heart warming and tearful. No big production here, her voice and instruments stand up by themselves.

I first heard Carrie Newcomer in college and this was my favorite (gasp) cassette tape. What great joy to rediscover it as a CD.

I have had this CD for almost ten years. Back from the days when she sold her merchandise out of her car. This woman can sing from her heart and soul. Anyone can relate to the emotions stirred in each of her songs. This CD is fabulous!
