The term "motion picture" is not really applicable here as there's not much in motion the picture.
People who state it "fails" as a movie in the traditional sense are absolutely right but, I think, miss the point of this work.
It provides the viewer an experience that can not be obtained in any other way, and in a sense to me that is pure art.
