This is a well illustrated 23 page paperback book approximately 8X8 inches. In this book the three little pigs and the big bad wolf are friends. Apparently he only wants to eat their apples. When "Big Bad" gets a tooth ache, Elmo goes with him to the dentist. The reader is given a very detailed account of what to expect at the dentist office as well as advice on taking care of one's teeth. If your child is an Elmo fan he will love this book.

This is a great intoduction to children to the world of denstry, especially those whose mother is a dentist.

This is a good book for children about going to the dentist. I ordered it for my 2.5 year old son. He likes it, although it is a little wordy. He doesn't like spending too much time on one page, but it's still a great book and should help in preparing children for their first trip to the dentist.

We bought this for our 2 year old before her first trip to the dentist. We read it to her nightly for about a week before her visit and it went off without a hitch (or a tear). Very entertaining as well.

We love this book! My 2 year old was so proud because when he went to the dentist he thought it was great that he sat in the chair and got to go through a treasure chest just like Elmo did in the book! The book is well written and a great way to prepare your child for their first visit to the dentist. It really helped to decrease any anxiety about that first trip. I plan to read it a lot more before his next appointment as well to ensure he's not stressed when going back to the dentist. Highly recommended!

Just okay. Don't love it. Story is long and not the most entertaining. If I had seen it in person, I wouldn't have purchased it.

I was hoping to get this book for my 2 year old who was visiting the dentist for the first time. This book is great, very colorful, but is very very wordy. Too much reading for a 2 year old's attention span. I also wasn't thrilled with them bringing up the idea that going to the dentist can hurt...so if you are looking for a book to get your child used to the idea of the dentist, I wouldn't recommend this one at all. But if you have a child that needs dental work done (like a cavity filled), then this book would be fine as this is what the book is about, the Big Bad Wolf getting his tooth fixed.

My son relates his own dentist visits to this book and I think it really helps him realize that EVERYONE needs to go to the dentist.

EXCELLET book for my little 4 year old! Trying to get her ready for her first cleaning and check-up. Good pics and story, and hey, it's ELMO! Who doesn't love that???
