This review is from: Visual Literacy: Writing about Art (Paperback)
For artists who learn and work with the visual brain, it is often difficult to try and express what they see through writing - unless you had formal training. If you didn't then Visual Literacy is a great place to start. The item came in a timely manner before I started my first day of Visual Writing class and the teacher was really helpful in giving further explanation of some terms in the book. The book has a lot of example on how to write our observations of paintings and exercises - a great book overall.
