These things are a lot better than normal memory cards.Ok, first of is the lcd screen.You may think this is just something fancy sega threw in to convince you to buy it, well youre wrong.For some games such as nfl2k, it can be a playbook.WHat that does is make it so your opponent cannot see what play you chose, this definitely improves the experience.It fits right in the controller, and amazon has it for a good price.SO why not get it in this awesome color?(i strongly reccommend buying a same color controller with it, thats what i did)

this is sweet! i always thought my dreamcast looked plain with just gray but this makes your whole system look better! it is so easy to use and it fits very very easily into the slot on the controller! much easier than other brands. i can't say enough about this! just go and get it!

The Sega Visual Memory unit is a great memory card! The LCD screen is awesome! It shows neat little graphics when you are playing a game, and there are mini-games you can download onto your VMU! The VMU might be the most advanced memory card on any gaming system out there right now! The only thing I don't like about the Sega VMU is that it only holds 200 blocks of memory. That's only enough to store one 2K2 sports game. But otherwise, this is a perfect memory card.

It's just another memory card for the Dreamcast.
Works fine. No noticeable problems with the hardware.
Works with all VMU-compatible game functions.
