Best book on Prograph,

I bought this book when it was first published in '95 by Manning (it was the first time I used amazon.com). It is a very good book on a unique programming language. Well organized and nicely laid out. Only downside is it tries to remain platform neutral. Given the authors' clear explanations of Prograph, OOP and other programming concepts, it's a shame they didn't shed any light on Toolbox programming.
