5.0 out of 5 stars This is an excellent video for both parents and teachers!
This wonderful video actually shows how to use visual supports (visual schedules, choice boards, etc) in the classroom. It provides excellent guidance to teachers and parents who want to see how visuals can be used to facilitate student learning. The ideas are practical and beneficial for children across the autism spectrum.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice but Short
This video has lots of good information on setting up a visual schedule for your autistic student. However, I was disappointed that it was only 15 minutes long. It is also simplistic and very basic. I doubt if I will watch it a second time.

This outstanding video fully describes in easy to follow steps how to create and implement visual supports while showing children in action using such tools! Finally, something other than a book. A "visual" resource full of examples of specific and easy to individualize strategies. The benefits of such supports is obvious just by watching the children experiencing understanding and success in this amzazing video. An essential resource for all teachers and parents working with any child with exceptional needs!
