This is an excellent rendition on the utilization of Vitamin C
for a plethora of reasons:
o warding off colds
o benefit to the heart and vascular system
o prevention of peridontal disease

o a natural anesthetic
o promotes wound healing
o a natural laxative and detoxifier for heavy metal discharges
o whips fatigue
o reduces insulin requirements in diabetics
o helps knit bone superstructure
o innoculates against psychic stress
o enhances recovery from viral infection

This book has a wealth of information on the alternative
medicinal uses of vitamin C and its derivatives. It is well
worth the price paid. The book will assist greatly in living
