Aside from being a great muti-vitamin that your body can actually absorb (most are made from synthetic vitamins that your body doesn't know what to do with anyway) and made from whole food ingredients (also easier for you body to process). These use the methylcobalamin version of B-12 instead of the cyanocobalamin kind. Cyanocobalamin is a version of vitamin B-12 which not only isn't easily absorbed but is bonded to a cyanide particle. *Yes a cyanide (like the poison) particle. I took these for years until I moved too far from a Vitamin Shoppe store to buy them. When I read more about various forms of B-12 in multi-supplements, I looked them and the generic replacements I had purchased locally up only to find that these, well they don't have any frigging poison in them. Anyhow, I am so very happy to have found them here on Amazon, the only downside is that they are fairly large, and you take six of them in a day.
