Evidence suggests that CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) may play a role in reducing fat and preserving lean muscle mass. Tonalin? is a name brand form of CLA and most of the higher-quality CLA supplements are made by Tonalin. I have no idea why but everywhere I've gone has suggested to look for Tonalin brand. CLA has not given me a drastic reduction in body fat, but I do feel like it works given my horrible diet. I suggest at leasty some exercise to assist the effects if you plan on using it.I found no problems with taking this near bedtime. Pill is rather large (same size as fish and flax oil) but is your basic Tonalin. Vitamin Shoppe's pills are a bit expensive but their pricing of Tonalin seems pretty decent.
