I noticed the effects of this vitamin when my first cycle started after taking it. It was exactly 28 days after my last cycle, less heavy, and easier to deal with. That is the biggest change I've seen. No more wondering when I'm going to start. I'm also ovulating on day 14 every month. This helps so much for trying to get pregnant.
