I like the fact that the vitamin is 1 as opposed to 3 pills. The nature bounty one worked extremely well, I was impressed, but it was very difficult swallowing those 3 pills daily. I would usually take 3 pills once/week. With this one by vitol, the size is the same, but now I have 1/3 of what I had with a higher quantity of the beneficial vitamins and minerals.

This one still has the 3000mcg biotin, which I wanted, so it's a win/win. I have read on other reviews, apparently too much biotin has made people break-out, 3000mcg has worked wonders for me, with no negative side effects, so sticking to it. I was skeptical trying out this company I knew nothing about, but they had the quality and quantity of vitamins and minerals I was looking for, so I'll come back here after 2 months to post.

When I used the nature bounty brand, it worked wonders, my hair has grown so much, it is unbelievable. If this one starts breakage of my hair, I will report. If it continues to progress, which is what is expected, I will report same.

I come from a situation where I lost hair after child birth that never really recovered until now... so stay tune.....

I ordered my pills on 12/11/11 and received them on 12/19/11. The pill is not small, but it's not huge either. It has a nice smell and went down very easy. I didn't get nauseous and that's a good sign.
