Virtual Phone Booth Earbuds

I bought this headset because I really like in-ear headphones and I wear a headset a lot for PC communication. They come with multiple ear plug insert types/sizes(foam and rubber), so it was easy to get a comfortable fit. The boom mic does not pull down on the ear piece at all, as long as you have the correct tab/holder in place - they give you three so again it was easy to get a good fit. Very comfortable even after wearing for a long time. Like the case, as I carry this along on the road. Microphone works great.

The 4ft cord is too short for me. I had some cable extenders that I use most of the time. The sound qualtiy is also lacking if you want to listen to anything besides voice/talking. It is really 'thin' with very little bass response. One more note, this headset does not come with the USB adapter, it is only for direct mic/speaker connections.

Do not purchase this item if you want the USB!!! In spite of the product description, THIS IS NOT the USB VERSION of this product, according to the Amazon Rep!!!!

I purchased one... only to have to return it. Misleading product description; not the kind of practice one would expect from Amazon. Shame on Amazon!!!

This product does not fit well into my ears. It was just not easy to use because it kept falling out.

I bought these earbuds after I literally wore out my last pair. Since I play an online game, I thought that the attached microphone would be a real plus. After getting them and using them for a while, I have to say that I have mixed feelings about them. The sound quality is really, very good, and they come in a wonderful little case to keep them safe. But I have an issue with the left ear side, the one with the attached microphone. It is a bit heavy, and even though they give you little plastic attachments (like a tab) to put on so that it anchors in your ear, I still find it falling out a lot. The right side seems to constantly fall out of my ear also, no matter what size covering I put on. It may be because I have unusually small ear canals, but I think that the manufacturer should keep that in mind when they package the coverings - I can't be the only person in the world with small ear canals.

1) None of the inserts will fit my ears
2) The cord is WAY too short; I had to buy two extensions cords.
3) The microphone stopped working less than three months after purchase

I think having a microphone attached to a pair of ear buds is a great idea however, the manufacturers don't see it that way. If only Etymotic would make an ear bud/mic combo for PCs...
