Great hidden object game for windows - excellent art, cheerful & amusing

If you can get this dvd with all three snarkbusters games, grab it. This hidden object game trio has good imaginative art, very rich colors, fun little story, good voice acting for the short narrative bits, and great eye candy quotient. Visually this was great, better than most/many hidden object games. Such a great change from too many grim and gloomy hidden object games.
The only hidden object game I enjoyed as much, which also had rich warm colors, imaginative art, and non-gloomy environments is Shaolin Mystery/Tale of the Jade Dragon Staff. It doesn't have the cheerful cheekiness and good narrative actor bits that Snark Busters has, but it does have very imaginative art, rich warm colors, and no gloomy environments and tiresome murder mystery themes.
I play all kinds of pc games, but for simplest relaxation, a non-gloomy, colorful hidden object game with a little light plot is always refreshing now & then. All told, Snark Busters was an excellent hidden object game trio. Was sorry when each one ended.

Awesome!, love thses h.o.g. it goes beyond a seek and find, it has a storyline which I love, my kids both 5 and 8 have finished the first 2 as have I, my son does this game on his own and he's 5. i bougt this triple pack for my grandmother because she saw the 3rd installation on my kindle and showed interest in the game. What great games! I have played these with four kids ranging in age from 5 to 10 and they all have been enamored with them, and I love them too! They have almost a steam punk feel with futuristic scenery but Victorian elements which are really interesting. The music is fun, and I don't find it annoying even after hours of play. All three of the games are interesting for the older kids and yet the younger kids can play them by themselves with very little help, in fact they actually prefer to play alone, just asking for help when they get stuck, but they are never really stuck, they can always click on the question mark for a hint. These are more than just a seek and find type of game, there are lots of puzzles and clues. The kids get really excited when they find the clues and although it isn't necessary they all want to write them down on a pad of paper. A few of the puzzles are difficult for the younger kids but after a certain amount of time passes the difficult games can be skipped. The kids are all impatiently waiting for the next installment, as they all want desperately to find a snark!
