The present DVD features some of Vivaldi's most renowned works performed in Venice's St. Mark's Basilica and Padua's Cappella degli Scrovegni, two of the most
beautiful and famous places of worship in the world, places where Vivaldi himself spent part of his artistic life. The Red Priest's music is naturally enhanced by these
surroundings, as well as by the high quality performances produced by the well-known ensemble "I Solisti Veneti" conducted by Claudio Scimone, and by singers
such as Adriana Damato and Laura Brioli, rising stars of the operatic universe.
