INCREDIBLE! MICKEY HAS DONE IT AGAIN! I'M SURE ANYONE WHO WENT TO ANY OF THE AMARTE ES UN PLACER CONCERTS CAN REMEMBER HOW POWERFUL THEY WERE! THIS CD ILLUSTRATES JUST THAT! HIS VOICE IS INCREDIBLE. LUIS MIGUEL IS SIMPLY THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. THE EMOTIONS HE PUTS IN WHAT HE SINGS ON THIS CD ON SONGS SUCH AS "O TU O NINGUNA" AND "NOSOTROS" SHOWS WHY HE'S CONSIDERED AS THE BEST LATIN ARTIST. "VIVO" IS A MUST BUY FOR ALL LUIS MIGUEL FANS AND FOR ALL FANS OF GREAT LATIN MUSIC. I GIVE IT 5 STARS!

As a long time LM fan (have most of his records, have been to most of his concerts in the '90's including the recent 'Amarte es un Placer' at the San Jose Arena), he never ceases to deliver memorable music to live and love to. He is an awesome performer that seduces you and captures you during his live performance. I love the way he sprinkles classic mariachi songs we all love into the live CD's (they are not regularly released on the regular CD's). Luis Miguel, when are you going to record a mariachi CD? TU SIGUES SIENDO EL REY.

Luis Miguel follow being the best singer of all Latin American Comunity. Fans must be grateful for this CD, it's got a lot of his style and personality. Some songs that are included in this Audio CD are the best of Luis Miguel, including a mix of Romance with songs like " No Me Platiques Mas / No Se Tu / La Puerta / La Barca / Inolvidable " and another with Romances: " Voy A Apagar La Luz / Contigo Aprendi / Por Debajo De La Mesa / El Reloj / Sabor A Mi / La Gloria Eres Tu / Besame Mucho ". Fans: There's more !!!! Two new songs: Y and La Bikina. In this CD Luis Miguel give to us all of himself and he makes to feel us that we were in the concert. Don't lose it!!

Luis Miguel is and will always be my favorite of the Latino "hearthrobs". Before Ricky, Enrique, Marc Anthony and the rest Luis Miguel has always been there with his legion of fans, just ask Daisy Fuentes. No longer a boyish stud who could sing he has grown to be a man of tremendous talent who just happens to be handsome, suave and debonair. This is not a "chicks CD" but a great CD for both sexes to enjoy, ideally together. This is even better than 1995's "El Concierto". This "Vivo" CD captures the essence of LM, the voice, the music, the stellar production qualities, the adoring fans, mariachi and orchestra, it's love music with or without a lover. What I've noticed is that LM's voice has matured, he's hiting the peak of a great career. I listened to "Aries" and "Segundo Romance" to compare and his voice has just got better, fuller, richer, and he has more inflection and deeper tonal qualities. He's just getting better and better. Live albums are not my favorites but this CD works as it captures the fans adulation. When he asks " me acompanian"? and the audience joins in it is just beautiful, the crowd responds in harmony, they all sing in unison after shrieking in delight. I've always admired the Mexican crowds ability to sing along with the performer, a mutual love affair between performer and audience, that moment when the performance is synergistic. I can't say enough good things about this CD except to say that love is in the heart and LM's soul unleashes the joy within. This is the music of memories(The Romances) and love's yet to be discovered. Listen to the classic "Sabor a Mi" and if you're not in the mood after listening to this than check your hearbeat. LM swings suavely with his rendition of "Besame Mucho", I can just picture the women going faint in the audience. LM is a class act and this CD reflects his talent. His live performances are legendary. I can kick myself for not seeing him when he was here for numerous sold out shows. I guess next time he comes will be the right time. Until then I'll just listen to this CD and I think I'll even pick up the video performance!

This is a fabulous recording. I bought it knowing that only two songs on the CD are new material but wishing to hear his voice in live performance. He gives even more nuance and illustration to his songs than do his studio recordings, and that is saying something extraordinary. This is a must buy for all true music lovers!

WOW! I JUST GOT MY CD TODAY AND LET ME TELL YOU, I LOVE IT , THE MUSIC IS BEAUTIFULL THE SOUND OF THE MARIACHI IN SOME OF THE SONGS IS EXTRAORDINARY AND THE LYRICS MAKE YOU FEEL IN LOVE. LUIS MIGUEL'VOICE IS ONE OF A KIND THAT YOU'LL NEVER GET TIRED OF LISETING . MY FAVORITE SONG IS "LA BIKINA" I LOVE THE RYTHM AND THE LYRICS. AND NOW I ONLY HAVE TWO THINGS TO SAY: FOR YOU OUTHERE DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR:BUY IT, AND FOR LUIS MIGUEL AND HIS CREW: PALANTE GUYS, THIS IS MAGNIFICO BABY!!!!!!!!!!

This live cd (and dvd) contains the best live concert ever. Since a few months I have discovered this incredible singer, but I am big fan already. I am playing this cd every day and I hear every time another beautiful aspect of it. And don't forget the band and the tastefull arrangements. Buy it, now!

No hay palabras como describir este nuevo CD de Luis Miguel "VIVO". Este Cd es la mejor recopilcion de canciones, ya que son las mismas canciones de su ultimo Concierto.. Definitivamente Luis Miguel Siempre ha sido y sera siendo el mejor de los cantantes..La calidad de sonido que contiene este CD VIVO, es como si estubieras en el mismo Concierto. Todos los anos voy a verlo y cada vez es algo nuevo..Recomiendo este CD

What can be better than hearing Luis Miguel perform live? Nothing. In my opinion, Luis has one of the best voices in the music industry today, if not ever. This CD was recorded during his last world tour (1999-2000) in Mexico. Included are his most recent songs and his most popular, along with two new Mariachi songs (proving how versatile he is). A must have for Luis Miguel fans and a must hear for everyone else. When it comes to vocals, I don't think it gets better than Luis.

Este disco consigue algo que parece casi imposible y es superar al anterior disco en directo de Luis Miguel.Es tener la posobilidad de cerrar los ojos y volver a revivir los mágicos momentos que vivimos los que tuvimos la suerte de acudir a uno de sus conciertos de la última gira. Escuchar "O tú o ninguna" en su voz es soñar...En fin,no sé que más puedo decir del nuevo disco del cantante con la voz maás romántica y fascinante del mundo. Es capaz de enamorar con oirle,sea cual sea la edad de la mujer que lo escucha.Y eso es lo que se puede sentir al escuchar una y otra vez "Vivo"..... Les aseguro que será uno de sus discos favoritos de toda su colección.
