...users will find this a simple, easy-to-use mpeg camera at a fairly low price, tho only for indoor use, etc., and "average performance," and as this camera is powered by a battery (an advantage, on occasion), users will have to remember to replace battery regularly, etc. also, many fairly similar products have entered the market, from several sources, that improve on this product's specifications, and buyers really should compare this and newer options before choosing a purchase. note that often a camera is easy to use, etc., except for mounting and aiming, etc. many sellers fail to explain important details about using such cameras, no matter the features, costs, needed complementary equipment, etc. buyers should be able to rely on dependable sellers and/or others willing to accept returns, arrange for tech support, etc.--and many sellers of cameras simply fail to provide such expertise, etc. if buyers are themselves very savvy, then sometimes a "special bargain" can be had without undue risk, but often, such bargains really aren't worth any extra hassles, etc. (i do not own or use one of these viotek 5v-dc items.)
