I am soon to be a return customer for this product. I was first introduced to this product by my daughter when she worked for Petland. Recently I visited a neighborhood pet store and the going price for this item was 25 cents a piece. That is a 100% markup. If you own gerbils or similar small pets, you know how fast they go thru these things. I have purchased other products from PetSmart, but these chew sticks are much softer and appealing. Wood twigs or veg fiber munchies just don't serve the same purpose. We have 2 gerbils and they love these things. If you want a happy and healthy pet, treat them to these chew sticks. Amazon offers the best deal, better than eBay. It is money well spent. On top of that, Votoy delivered days sooner than promised. 5 stars

birds, at least mine, were not interested. For small pets with teeth should be great.

I received the toys in good condition and fast. I wish they said what the wood was before I bought them. I believe the wood is Balsa wood which is very soft... My Maxies when through a stick on 2 seconds flat; even my little White Head chewed them up in seconds. The sticks I use to get were made out of Bass wood and were much harder and took my birds longer to chew. The product is good, but not what I thought it was. I would have to give them five stars still as they seem to be a good product... just not for my birds.

This soft wood chew is a great toy for birds!! My birds loves to munch and shred these sticks - especially after a birdie bath!!
