5.0 out of 5 stars Finally! The book every VOIP manager needs, January 29, 2009
Why in the world did it take so long for such a book to be created? Real world stuff, demystified from needs assessment to deployment & configuration to operations to troubleshooting (the Packet Island stuff is cool - I don't have this yet but am checking it out).

Thankyou!
