We looked for several study books on the market and found this series to be the best. It is highly recommended by a wise, dedicated, highly-educated teacher at our local high school!

I bought this book for my grandchildren, who are in Junior High School, to help with word morphology.
I have never found a better book. In the district i used to teach in, this was the text given to all junior high students, and
we always scored well above the national averages on " tests"

My twins used this book before starting seventh grade. It was part of the material provided to them to use during summer work. They worked thrity minutes each day. This book was worked on in order. They did not skip around in it. The lessons are short and simple. Vocabulary is provided with definitions. The workbook pages are simple to do yet provide a nice challenge for the student. It was a great foundational exercise for the Latin class they are taking in public school this year as seventh graders.

My daughter (13 yrs old) loves this book. Easy to understand and a little challenging which is nice. The only problem is that the answer book must be ordered from the company. It's not sold anywhere else. I believe this book will be very helpful for the ACT test. This is a must in building your child's vocabulary. Glad we bought it!
