This review is from: A Vocabulary of Wyandot (American Language Reprints) (Hardcover)
This is a modern reprint of John Johnston's 1820 vocabulary of Wyandot (Huron), an unfortunately extinct Iroquoian Indian language. This volume is rather small and lacks a phonetic key, but it is clearly presented and is one of the only materials available on this little-known language. Also included are a list of proper names, some historical and linguistic background, and a chart of numerals.
