An inspiring and encouraging true story!, December 29, 2010
This review is from: The Voice Across the Veil - Powerful Messages from Beyond that give us all hope (Paperback)
Stories that remind us of the eternal nature of the soul give us hope when the world around us seems darkest. Once we grasp the help that is available to us when we tune in, we find what we need to direct our lives toward our highest goals. Scudder's book was triggered by contact from a beautiful young soul who died in a profound tragedy that rocked the entire community. This sweet spirit has no bitterness about her untimely death, but instead continues to teach love and forgiveness from the other side. The full story, however, is Scudder's increasing ability to converse with spirits and to remember past lives as she joins with others who facilitate wholeness. Because such abilities live in us all, this book offers encouragement, release, and peace shared in the telling of a true story. You will be uplifted and strengthened as you return to the simple, if not easy, truths: the answer is Love and you are the Light. The Voice Across the Veil offers concrete ways to apply the lessons. You will want to share this book with everyone you know and to keep it on your shelf to return to again and again. I am so grateful to Sue Scudder for her vulnerability in sharing truths that give us readers an opening for genuine hope. The Sudden Caregiver: Surrendering To Enlightenment

This book answers some poignant questions for me . . ., August 13, 2011
This review is from: The Voice Across the Veil - Powerful Messages from Beyond that give us all hope (Paperback)
In The Voice Across the Veil, Sue Scudder helped me to clarify difficult answers to age-old questions. Most poignant of these might be, "If love is the ultimate answer, then how do we deal with loving those who only hate and destroy??? . . . evil people. The heroine, Emma, guided me toward some understanding when she spoke to her killer. "I don't like what you did to me, but I do love you" was her message. It's in this young angel's selfless act of pure light that we can move forward to fully understanding the One who put us here. Karen Muldoon, MA.ed.

Love, kindness and compassion can transform anything. .., January 17, 2012
This review is from: The Voice Across the Veil - Powerful Messages from Beyond that give us all hope (Paperback)
This is one of those books that you just can't put down. It captivated my attention and curiosity to learn more from beginning to end. Sue is taking the reader literally across the veil, by sharing her personal stories and experiences of "the other side" (for example talking about her life as a Native American woman and her near death experience) as well as relaying her channeling with and through others. What really brought home memories and tears to my eyes is how she dealt with the devastating shooting of a young woman right here in her (and my) community. I have always wondered how these "dark forces" were converted into love and kindness. Now I know how it happened and it enforces my belief that love, kindness and compassion can transform anything.
