This book was developed from a series of technical documents written by many well respected technical scientists associated with BTexact Technologies (England). The book is easily readable by anyone interested in gaining a good technical understanding of Voice over IP. The editor, Richard Swale, has been the key individual researching VOIP for BTexact over many years.

I highly recommend the book to anyone interested in VOIP!
