About the Author

Olayinka Joseph heads his own consulting firm based in Houston, Texas and is a nationally known keynote speaker, executive speech coach and trainer. Ola has helped many business leaders and organizations enhance their success through hand-on coaching and mentoring. A dynamic and unique speaker, Ola has spoken before many conference and corporate audiences around the world. Voices of Courage is Ola's first book and has over 50 published magazine and newspaper articles. He is a United States Navy veteran, a member of Toastmasters International, Houston Organizational Development Network and Houston Association of Black Journalists.

More About the Author

Olayinka (Ola) Joseph was born in Igboegunrin - a small fishing island village in Nigeria. He attended Lagos City College and Yaba College of Technology, Lagos before migrating to the United States a few years ago. He obtained his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from National University while serving in the United States Navy. His first book "Voices of Courage - Everyone Has a Story" was released in 2000. He has since published nine (9) other books including "Turn Your Accent into an Asset - How to Deliver a Dynamic Speech Even If English Is Not Your First Language, Attitude At Work - How To Give Yourself Permission To Love Your Job," and "Is There A Book In You? How To Prepare, Write and Publish Your Book Within 90 Days or Less." He won the Member of the Year Award at the National Speakers Association (Houston Chapter). He is a professional speaker and trainer. He travels the world teaching, training and mentoring professionals and leaders. He has won several prestigious awards as a speaker and member of Toastmasters International. For several years he was a contributing author to the Change Magazine. He is a certified OPI tester with the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) as well as a member of the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT) in five languages. An excellent voice of voices that inspire and give the spur not only to look, but to leap. "Voices of Courage" shows us that we are created to manifest the glory of God and shine like children. It shows that our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate but that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is a marvelous book that should be given to all graduating class of 2000 and beyond.
