Atmospheric dark psychedelic paradise, July 8, 2009

I first came upon this band by accident whilst looking for bands that sounded similar to fellow countrymen shape of despair. Boy was I in for a treat when this album came on. It is music bent on shattering nerves with the power of the flange and other noise effects. There are passages which are relaxing, invariably setting up the inevitable culmination of the mood in the heavy flow of seething visions. Basically, if you like heavy music; if you enjoy heavy experimentation in your music, then this is the band for you. A solid mix of such variegated attributes of sub-genres and genres of music; such as atmospheric/ambient, psychedelic, doom, and black metal. Probably one of the greatest albums ever, and I have over 150 gigabytes of music on my hard drive, so i mean business.
