I absolutely love the Yoga Nidra and 61 points exercises on this CD. I use it in conjunction with Relax into Wellness Vol 1. It's great for when I REALLY need to destress or just be more present. I imagine this would be a great CD if you suffer from insomnia as well, as it puts you into the deepest level of relaxation! It really helps you connect with the here and now through mind-body awareness. I highly recommend!
