I found this book to be very interesting. I lists the volcanoes on each continent, how often they have erupted and fatalities, if any.

There are charts and graphs and maps and all the pictures are in color. This book has been a real educational eye opener for me. I never knew there were so many active volcanoes on the earth. This book doesn't just cover the famous and recently erupted volcanoes, it has information on less well known volcanoes as well.
