PROS
Smooth and stable at highway speeds. Even in crudy or thick choppy snow. I was amazed how composed it was arcing turns across the worst kinds of snow. Fairly maneuverable for it's width and bulk. Great edge hold for a widish ski. Good float in the deeper snow. CONS Not quite as quick turning as real frontside skis. Not quite as floaty as real powder skis. I had chance to ski the AC50s recently as well and thought the 30s were nearly as stable as the 50s but much more nimble at slower speeds. A really nice ski |
