Received book as described. Pretty good shop manual for repairing old VW Dashers. Good pictures. Good instructions. Better than Haynes manuals.

If you have a late model Volkswagen Dasher this is the manual to have. I got a copy of another brand's manual and the comparison is shocking.
Firstly, this manual has a much for thorough description of the processes involved in repairing the majority of your parts. It also has much more and much better photographs depicting each procedure. If you have a diesel there is a short section in the back for difference in the gas and diesel versions. This would have to be my only qualm with the book. The diesel section is not all that long or indepth. Regardless, the majority of the information is the same on both the diesel and the gas version. Good luck and email me with any questions. |
