5.0 out of 5 stars The Best book about Volkswagens You will ever read., January 26, 2007
By
This review is from: Volkswagens of the World: A Comprehensive Guide to Volkswagens Not Build in Germany-& the Unusual Ones That Were (Paperback)
Firstly, let me tell You that You will never finish reading this book.
It contains hundreds of photographs of Volkswagens from around the globe, Including some unusual Volkswagens that were made in Germany and Austria,
along with the hundreds of models they made in many Countries. The Author knows more about Volkswagens than anyone else... I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in Volkswagens made in different Countries.
Apart from the photographs, the author tells You that You are looking at the bumper from another model, or that the bumper is unique to that country. I don't believe any other book can satisfy a true VW enthusiast like this book. I own many books on VWs , but this one doesn't have any mistakes like all the other books I've read. the author really knows His Volkswagens , and He travelled around the world and took many of the photographs himself. If You are interested in Volkswagens.
You Must have this book... Once You have read this book, its time to start reading it again.. because You simply cannot remember all the details in this book. There are so many details that I've never found in any other book. You won't be disappointed. Lee VW68Autobug
