About the Author
Richard Battle is an executive with KeyTrak, and has 29 years of experience with various business entities.
He has served on the board of several volunteer organizations (Boy Scouts, Muscular Dystrophy, John Ben Shepperd Public Leadership Forum) for many years. As the president of the Austin Jaycees in 1983-1984, he was recognized as the Outstanding Local Chapter President in the world while leading his 500+ member chapter to being recognized as the Most Outstanding Local Chapter in the United States.
He has also authored, "Surviving Grief By God's Grace", which is the first person account of the loss of his son. It shares how Richard coped with the loss and the lessons learned that can help others who grieve any loss.
He also speaks and conducts training sessions regarding volunteerism.
