I am currently listening to this remarkable CD with that blissful madrigal talent passed down to these children.

My cat came and sat next to the speakers, which he has never done before, when the lovely voices sang so eloqenntly
and wonderously high.

I am so thankful this is available through Amazon!!!

The Von Trapp Children Vol I is a great listening experience. Every time I hear it, I am swept away to a world of beauty and innocence. It conjures memories from the past and dreams of the future. I highly recommend this to any listener!

These children are really fantastic! I loved every second of them singing. There voices are so clear and they blend together so perfectly. They are such a joy to hear and have added on to their family legacy! Buy this CD, you won't be sorry!

The von Trapp Children are terrific singers! Their voices blend together just great. I can't wait to get the other two cds they have out!

This music is appropriate for loyal fans of the Sound of Music and for young children. I don't think these four would survive as a professional performing group without the advantage of their grandparents' name -- their singing is pleasant but not memorable.

These four children, great grandchildren of the original von Trapp Family Singers,have perfectly on pitch, beautiful little voices. I bought the CD because I am a "Sound of Music" fanatic, but I love it because of the sweet, charming voices of these very talented children. There are a couple of songs on this CD from "The Sound of Music", performed in an original way by these little ones, and a mixture of other songs from Simon and Garfunkel to folk songs sung in German. There are a couple of spots where the audio isn't perfect, but it really doesn't matter. This is a CD to be played whenever you need to be cheered up!

My daughter received this CD for Christmas and absolutely loves it. She sings and dances along with it. The level of singing is not quite what I expected (not Disney movie quality) but it is good. A great alternative to the tweenie market music.

I bought this CD after I saw this group on the reunion show for the "Sound of Music" cast on Oprah this past fall. At the end of the program this group performed. They are the great grandchildren of the origional Von Trapps. Their singing is lovely. There is a nice mix of tracts on this CD. I especially loved the Children's Prayer (Hansel and Gretel) and Blue Cheese. Their rendition of Edelweiss is just wonderful. I hope to get more of their CD's in the future!!

I('ve been a fan of the von Trapp Children ever since I heard them since in Arizona once a year from 2004-2006. I love their singing. I have all their recordings. I gave this CD to friends who are very musical-instrument/singing inclined. I hope they like it.

The item was exactly as discribed and arrived in good condition. I would gladly buy from this seller again...anytime!
