This booklet does NOT contain spells, incantantions or words to say. So find another source for your spells. However, the doll is pretty neat and it comes with both black and white pins. Black pins are to be used for retribution spellwork and white for luck and love spells. One side of the dolls is for the good spells and the other side is for retribution spells. It also asks that you obtain a personal effect from the person on whom you wish to put a voodoo spell on. Don't give up so fast if you can't get hair or clothing from "the" person. I got to thinking that he had sent me a letter, and the envelope he sealed with his lips putting saliva over it. I used that. I also used a photograph of him and a piece of his letter. After all, that is his handwriting and that is a piece of paper he touched before he mailed it to me. You just gotta think like a forensics detective! ;-) If you are doing spell work that involves retribution or getting back at someone, I recommend that you also do something in the name of "protection," white candles, protection oil, with a prayer to your guardian angel. I'll let you know how my spell works out. Til then! Ok, I found the spells. After reading and re-reading, I figured out the doll comes with the spells built in and does not require one to say anything of a spell nature for it to work.

This was really useful and funny book. I put my own hair sample on it and stuck a pin in th lose weight section and lost 13 pounds while doig nothing. My brother was anoying so i kinda made him gain some weight....if thats possible....i dunno if that worked cuz i didnt weigh him.

When I first got this little voodoo kit over a year ago,it was merely just something like a novelty. Hell, who can take something like this seriously? Well after a week I started using the voodoo doll on my dad. I didn't get results instantly but in two weeks it all kicked in. My dad got a rash and went to the doctor and even the doctor didn't know what it was! His little rash lasted for two months until he found the doll with a picture of his face on it. It worked great for me so I hope all those that try it get similar results. I think I'll buy another one soon muhahahahahahah!

The doll is very decent coming with black and white pins. I also like the artwork on the doll. However the book is too commercial and extremely lacking as far as spells and history. There are no loa veves, explanation of them. No drawings, even of Papa Legba. Its good to buy if you need a doll only, however get a good book on voodoo explaining loa veves, and genuine voodoo spells. THEN incorporate this doll.

I practice voodoo and this book is very accurrate and I love it. The doll freaks everyone I know out but it works and I'm not kidding! The handbook is especially funny but useful.

Let's just say that it has stopped an annoying, aggravating neighbor, who has been jealous of me, since she moved in...... I refused to put up with anymore slander and harrassment.

It worked, we no longer cross paths and I feel as if she doesn't exist any more ........They say what goes around comes around....you be the judge...........

This was purchased for entertainment but is informative about the history and seemingly makes you think a little more about the unknown. Use with caution. Not really a toy.

I bought it as a joke for a friend. It has good on one side and the bad ones printed on the other side.
